Distinctions – Certificates
The SeaAccess® mechanism has:
- Patent from the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation.
- Certificate of registration of innovative designs (EU Design) from the EU Intellectual Property Office.
- Certificate of registration for the SeaAccess® mark from the EU Intellectual Property Office registered in the Trademark Register of the European Union.
- CE marking, in relation to compliance with the Health and Safety Directive, as well as compliance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive. The technical file has been inspected by an accredited body from the Hellenic Accreditation System ‘ESYD’ (QM-Cert).
AkriΜan holds:
- Certificates of establishment of Quality management system according to the Standards ELOT 9001: 2015 and ELOT 14001: 2015 by an accredited body from the Hellenic Accreditation System ‘ESYD’ (QM-Cert).
- AkriMan, registered in the Register of Producers of the Hellenic Recycling Organization (EOAN), participates in a Collective System of Alternative Management (SED) of waste packaging and other products and pays a recycling fee for each SeaAccess® available for sale, ensuring recycling after about 20 years of operation.

Silver Award won by SeaAccess® in the “Accessible Tourism” category of the Tourism Awards 2021, organized by Boussias under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Greek Tourism Confederation, and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
